Dreamcatchers

Traditionally hung as protection in some native American cultures, dreamcatchers have grown in western cultures to represent hope, calm, and as a personal spiritual symbol. The woven ‘spiders web’ is thought to sieve out the bad dreams from the good when hung above sleeping children, catching nightmares from the dreams that fill the night air. Dreamcatchers have grown in popularity as a home decoration across the globe, with many beautiful and individual designs and meanings.
